The first step to fitting a 35" tall tire on your 2021-2022 F150 is to add some lift. If you're not looking to go too wide and use something like a 295/65R20, 285/70R18, etc. you can generally get away with using a 2.5" leveling kit on most wheels with positive offsets.

The largest 35-inch tires that will fit on a lifted F150 are 285/70R17 or 31-inch rubber in general. The recommended leveling kit that will allow you to install 35s is 2,5 inches. It's pretty common knowledge that a 13th-generation Ford F-150 won't accommodate a set of 35×12.5-inch tires with nothing more than a leveling kit. Though some have done it, it requires wheels with some pretty severe backspacing and causes major rubbing issues regardless.
