Playing Inpulsa with Herald of Ice atm. and I am pretty sure, that I proc both effects (Inpulsas kill explosion and the shattering of the Herald) simultanously. Afaik you can apply multiple explode effects. But I don't know if shatter itself interferes with this, as it removes corpses.
